The cover art of your song is most likely the first thing your listeners see before they listen to it, so it's a pretty important part of your music! An excellent cover art usually reflects you as an artist, and also the song that it represents.
For starters, all cover arts should be at least 4000x4000 pixels, in square (1:1) orientation; that is a non-negotiable. Streaming platforms (like Spotify and Apple Music) won't accept any other size or orientation, so make sure that your cover art meets that standard. The cover art can't contain any explicit image and images that you don't have ownership of. You can read more about that on our Release Policy page.
