There could be a number of reasons why you're not hearing any playback in the Starmony Studio. The most common reasons are listed below:
- Deactivate "Silent mode" if you're on a mobile phone
- Raise the volume slowly to see if that helps
- Try toggling your computers mute button on and off a few times
