Why was my release request denied? – Starmony

There can be a number of reasons as to why your release request didn’t go through. For your own sake, as much as Starmony’s, we want your distributed songs to have the proper quality to be released and gain traction on music streaming services. Therefore, we have a number of requirements, for instance:

Your song must be 100% your own creation (original content). If your song is a cover, read the policy surrounding cover songs on our Release Policy page.
Your vocals must fill at least 75% of the duration of the song.
Your vocals should be recorded using earphones/headphones in a quiet environment, with no unwanted audio artifacts (such as excess breath, puffing, scraping noises, etc.)
Your vocals should be properly mixed into the song (good volume, etc).

To increase your chances of getting your release request approved, make sure you fulfill all criterias in our release policy prior to sending in your request.
