How are the royalties shared?

Once we have released your music on streaming platforms, Starmony will collect the royalties as a master owner and music publisher for the songs. A typical label royalty split would only spare the creators around 17-20% from a song’s total earnings. However, to make sure everyone’s contribution is accounted for, we implement a transparent 50/50 share between Starmony, for our music intelligence, mixing, mastering, distribution, promotion and publishing, and the creators, on all royalties that will be generated by the song. As the creators’ share is 50%, that means you as an artist will receive 25%, and the music producer will also receive 25%.
